Returns Policy

At VerifyVintage, we sell second-hand clothing, therefore under the Consumer Rights Act of 2015 we are not obliged to take returns of products if the customer changes their mind once they have purchased from our website. If items are faulty, damaged or not as described in the description of the product, you have the right to return the received item for free and a replacement or a refund in some circumstances.

With mystery boxes and purchased items, returns can only be accessed if there is a fault on our behalf. If the clothes are not your style or you do not like a certain brand, we cannot offer a return as you have purchased at your own risk.

 

Returns Policy on non-mystery box items:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items are eligible for a refund (excluding shipping costs). Customer is liable for the return costs unless the item is not as described or damaged. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not refund promotional products.

For sanitary and hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds on clothing items even if they have only been tried on. This policy is in place to ensure the health and safety of all our customers.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
