At VerifyVintage, we sell second-hand clothing, therefore under the Consumer Rights Act of 2015 we are not obliged to take returns of products if the customer changes their mind once they have purchased from our website. If items are faulty, damaged or not as described in the description of the product, you have the right to returns the received item for a replacement or a refund in some circumstances.
With mystery boxes and purchased items, returns can only be accessed if there is a fault n our behalf. If the clothes are not your style or you do not like a certain brand, we cannot offer a return as you have purchased at your own risk.
